Service
StageScore provides tools to import, transpose, organize and perform sheet music (MusicXML, PDF, lyrics) on your device. Optional StageScore Cloud features (account, backup, Band Books, community catalog, reading a PDF page into notation) require authentication and cloud storage.

Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or the Upload Policy. You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings → Account.

Your content
• Your local library stays on your device unless you use cloud backup or publish.
• You retain rights in content you own.
• By publishing to the community catalog, you grant StageScore a non-exclusive license to host, display and distribute that content as described in the product.
• If you turn on Help improve recognition, you grant StageScore a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the corrections and page images you contribute to train, test and improve StageScore's recognition features. Contributions are never published or shown to other users. Only contribute pages you are allowed to share for this purpose.
• You represent that you have all rights needed for any upload, publish or contribution action.

Acceptable use
No unlawful use; no infringement; no attempts to disrupt the service; no scraping of the community catalog for commercial resale of others' charts without permission. Objectionable content is not tolerated: you can report content in the app, and we remove content and suspend users who violate these Terms.

Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is." Stage performance reliability depends on your device; always keep offline copies of gig-critical charts. We do not warrant uninterrupted cloud availability.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StageScore and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the app or community content.

Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate access for violations of these Terms or the Upload Policy.
